I’d suggest switching to a more precise digital timer if your air fryer, like mine, has a knob timer.

Examples include the microwave and your phone’s timers. These cook so quickly that even the smallest deviation can have a significant impact.

  • Meat that has been brined is salted and rested before cooking.
  • Meat absorbs additional salt and liquid during brining. Instead of having seasoned chicken on the outside and bland inside, the salt flavors the meat completely. It remains moist thanks to the liquid.
  • Both a wet brine and a dry brine, which involves salting the meat, can be used. Personally, I like dry brine better because it is less messy.
